Warranty and Non-Warranty Return-Repair Procedures

Click Here to request a return authorization number (RA#). Upon receipt and review by Scaletron, a return authorization number will be emailed to you along with a copy of your filled out form.

All components must be shipped prepaid via UPS or FEDEX (Do not use USPS!) to Scaletron Industries Ltd’s. factory authorized repair center. A copy of the completed RA Authorization Form that includes a written explanation of the apparent problem must accompany all returned components.
