Automatic Metering Screw Feed System for Mixing and Dispensing Dry Powders into a Secondary Process
The Model VMF-90E Volumetric Screw Feeder with Mixing Tank has been designed to be an “all in one” skid package option for adding a solution tank type dry chemical addition process. The VMF-90E is capable of accurately dispensing many common chemicals found in the water and waste water industries, as well as, a host of other industrial chemicals directly into a supply line. The VMF-90E is the perfect choice when you need to control the addition of small to medium solution doses of chemicals to a process. To meet customer demands Scaletron has combined a rugged screw feeder, vibratory agitator, programmable control module, a number of standard upgrades, a solution mixing tank with mixer and then mounted it all to a base that will fit through almost any normal size doorway. If you are looking to do a “one and done install” for a solution tank type dry chemical feeding system, then Scaletron is sure the VMF-90E will meet and exceed your chemical feeding needs.

- Rugged, carbon steel construction with corrosion resistant zinc oxide primed, dry powder epoxy coating
- Built-in 3.6 cu. ft. gravity fed hopper with maintenance access hatch and integrated load cell attachment point
- 1.5″ Diameter open helix feed screw in 304 stainless steel with “bayonet” style connection
- Standard concentric material conditioning overwind auger
